Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information LedgerFleet ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. It covers two separate things: (1) the early-access waitlist on this website, and (2) the LedgerFleet product once it launches. The product is not yet generally available.
1. Early-access waitlist
When you join our early-access list, we collect the email address you submit.
- Why: to notify you when LedgerFleet launches or when early access opens.
- What else: we store the date/time of signup and the referring page. Our waitlist database never stores your IP address. (Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses transiently to deliver and protect this site.)
- Sharing: we do not sell or share your email with third parties. It is stored using Cloudflare (our hosting provider) on our behalf.
- Retention: we keep it until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove it.
- Your control: email [email protected] at any time to be removed. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe option.
2. The LedgerFleet product (at launch)
LedgerFleet connects your QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets accounts to move financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance) from QuickBooks into your own Google Sheets templates.
- Accounting data is not stored. Your financial figures, accounts and transactions pass through our service only in transit, from QuickBooks to your Google Sheet. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
- Read-only. LedgerFleet reads from QuickBooks and never writes to it.
- What we do store: the encrypted authorization tokens needed to connect to your QuickBooks and Google accounts (so refreshes can run), and your account/billing details (email, plan, and payment-provider customer ID). Billing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Access you control: you can disconnect LedgerFleet's access from your QuickBooks and Google account settings, or by contacting us, at any time.
3. Cookies & analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics, we will update this policy.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected].
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
